At United Hospital Ltd., I helped organize and launch a comprehensive Women’s Care Centre, a one-stop facility offering OB/GYN services, mammography, Pap smears, and maternal-childcare support. My role involved coordinating teams and ensuring operational readiness. Within less than a year, the centre increased business by 18%, demonstrating the impact of accessible, integrated healthcare services.

The Women’s Care Centre offers:

• Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) consultations and treatment
• Mammography and breast health screenings
• Pap smear and cervical cancer testing
• Maternal and childcare services, including prenatal and postnatal support
• Preventive health education tailored to women and families

During my time at United Hospital Ltd., I contributed to a major project aimed at achieving Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation. I supported cross-department collaboration, process improvements, and compliance reviews that strengthened patient safety, service quality, and accountability across the organization.

Actively contributed to more than 35+ successful health campaigns, focusing on areas such as diabetes awareness, maternal health, and preventive screenings. These initiatives were designed to engage the community, promote wellness, and provide accessible healthcare information as well as boost sales target and manage KPI by 33%. Through strategic planning, coordination, and execution, I played a pivotal role in enhancing public health awareness and fostering a proactive approach to healthcare within the community.
